FAQ: How Do I Log In To Transaction Desk?

Logging into Transaction Desk system is easy.  Here is what you'll need:

1) An computer with an internet connection.
2) Your NRDS I.D. number and Password. 
    (This number is assigned to you by the board and is the same one
    you use to log into Rapattoni MLS system).

Once you have this information, here are the steps you need to take:

1) Go to www.gsbor.com
2) Click on "Members"
3) In the left hand column, scroll all the way down to the button labeled         
    "Transaction Desk Login"

LIVE Transaction Desk Training

Transaction Desk is a complex platform that is very useful when understood.  Unfortunately, one can not learn the program in 5 minutes while your client is sitting in the conference room waiting to sign that contract.  Rather than 2 full days of training on the system, GSBOR is offering individual training modules that are approximately 90 minutes in length and are held at the board once a week.  Unfortunately for some busy agents, it is not alway easy to carve out time for these training classes.  Therefore, Paul Dizmang will be doing live training modules where the Agent can log into the Transaction Desk Training Blog and see live training videos and ask questions.  Here is what it is:
