A lot of our training classes have been consumed with questions by Agents using the Transaction Desk system. Now, this isn't a bad thing...it can just make it hard to get thru the course material in the time allotted. However, I have also seen a lot of good come out of other people's questions and answers. We are all learning this system together.
Therefore, we will have a Users Forum on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at The Board office. This session will be a chance for you to share your experiences with Transaction Desk and ask your questions at the same time too.
Make sure you call The Board office at (417) 883-1226 to register. Even though it is a free class, the space is still limited. If you can't make the Users Forum, then post your questions here and we will discuss them and post the answers on this blog.
